These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and Niastoto (hereinafter referred to as "Niastoto", "We", "Us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services, website, and all associated features available at niastoto.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Niastoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the Niastoto website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at niastoto.cam.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered and maintains an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, expressed in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive awards granted to a Player by Niastoto, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum turnover of Bonus Funds required before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be processed.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to individual games or sports markets available on the Platform, which supplement but do not override these Terms and Conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process Niastoto applies to all account holders.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is expressly restricted.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the exclusive transactional currency of the Platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on Niastoto, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict, non-negotiable minimum age requirement. Niastoto does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21, without exception.
• You are accessing and using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use only. Use of the Platform for commercial gain, on behalf of a third party, or through automated means is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of Niastoto or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform, nor have you requested self-exclusion that remains active.
• You are not registered or residing in a Prohibited Jurisdiction as notified by Niastoto from time to time.

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for notifying Niastoto promptly of any material changes.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Niastoto Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses, and potential permanent banning from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Niastoto will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify Niastoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account sharing — the practice of allowing any third party to access or operate your Account — is strictly prohibited. All wagers placed through your Account are your sole legal responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated those wagers.

Niastoto reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to produce satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

All financial transactions on the Niastoto Platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. No currency conversion fees are applied to MYR-denominated transactions.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Niastoto accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or factors outside Niastoto's direct control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Niastoto targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the relevant payment information section of the Platform. These timeframes are targets and not guaranteed.
• Niastoto reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000 within a 30-day period.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being fully met prior to processing.

Niastoto does not accept cash payments and does not conduct any financial transactions outside of its approved, electronically integrated payment channels.

Niastoto offers various promotional bonuses and incentive programmes to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, which supplement but do not override this Agreement.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each promotional offer is available to eligible Players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts will be considered fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless converted through satisfactory completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Niastoto reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
• If Niastoto determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player is exploiting bonus terms in bad faith — including through arbitrage, systematic low-risk play designed to extract bonus value, or any other form of bonus abuse — Niastoto reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Niastoto is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. Accordingly, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated betting bots, software scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players, or any form of coordinated wagering strategy designed to guarantee a profit or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in any game, payment system, or promotional mechanism for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such means will be forfeited.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or the provision of false personal information.
• Engaging in money laundering, the placement of funds of unlawful origin, or any other activity that may breach applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Niastoto staff, customer support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account or to any restricted area of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Niastoto employs active monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity, unusual betting patterns, and potential violations of fair play. Where such activity is identified, Niastoto reserves the right to suspend the Account, void relevant wagers, and withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

All content on the Niastoto Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software code, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of Niastoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any portion of the Platform's content without prior written consent from Niastoto.
• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on the Platform's content or design for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Niastoto's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action being taken against the infringing party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Niastoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• The outcome of any game, wager, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or any affiliated banking institution.
• Losses arising from your own failure to secure your Account credentials or to notify Niastoto of suspected unauthorised access.

Niastoto makes no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the continued availability of any specific game, market, or promotional offer. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

Niastoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Suspected money laundering or violation of applicable AML regulations.
• A valid and active self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the restriction of access for specific user profiles or jurisdictions.

Upon closure of an Account — whether initiated by the Player or by Niastoto — any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for return via the Player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable verification and AML checks.

This Agreement and all matters arising from or connected to your use of the Niastoto Platform shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and Niastoto in connection with this Agreement or the services provided, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Disputes regarding individual wager outcomes should be raised with our customer support team within 72 hours of the relevant event. Niastoto will conduct a fair and thorough investigation and respond in writing within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of Niastoto's compliance team on gaming-related disputes, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law provides protections that cannot be contractually waived.

Niastoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, Niastoto will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision to this Agreement was published. Amendments take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact our support team to initiate an Account closure.
